Judy’s journey in real estate began when she was a teacher. She was drawn to the creative aspects of teaching, and as a personal curiosity and passion, she explored further. With her signature creative and entrepreneurial spirit, she found herself designing, building, buying, and selling homes in the Bay Area since 1995. A teacher at heart, she will educate you on all aspects of the home and market trends prior to making an offer – including: value, nuance of the neighborhood, integrity of the property, equity potential, and market value. While working closely with Judy she will gain an understanding of your requirements and preferences and will help you develop a winning strategy. With the depth of experience acquired through over 1,000 completed real estate transactions, she will guide and support you throughout the process of purchasing a home.

Talia has long been drawn to architecture and design and loves working face to face with people. After attending U.C. Berkeley, she knew that she wanted to be in the real estate industry and started working with Judy. Since then, Talia has worked on and completed over 500+ transactions and has proven to be an invaluable asset to clients. She grew up and has lived in multiple cities on the peninsula so knows the area extremely well. Her decade in residential real estate has given her astute knowledge in valuation, evaluating home conditions, the intricacies of pricing, and the multitude of matters surrounding putting together a successful deal. Talia makes the home buying and selling experience one that is stress free, prosperous, and fun.
