As a first-time buyer, I can’t imagine any agent doing a better job than Judy did to help us navigate the process. While her credentials can attest to her market knowledge, credibility, and effectiveness as an agent, what we really appreciated about Judy was (1) her straightforward honesty and (2) how secure we felt knowing that she would guide us every step of the way and represent our best interests. On more than one occasion, she pointed things out about homes that led us away from making offers and because what we were looking for definitely evolved over the course of the search, she saved us from making regrettable purchases. By the end, my wife and I wouldn’t even bother until we got her thumbs up. We ended up with an amazing home at an amazing price (she convinced us to bid lower!) and couldn’t be happier.
