After considering two other top-notch realtors she “had us” at our first meeting. Not only did she explain the selling process thoroughly, she did it while singing to and playing with our 15 month old daughter. She was classy, professional, caring, and down to earth.  

On top of her awareness of how stressful and challenging it is for a family to sell a home with two small children, she really knows the market. We sold our condo in Mountain View (which she and her team staged beautifully and sold in a HOT SECOND!) in July. We lived in a temporary rental for the next four months. All the while we made multiple offers on homes that we thought were just right for us. It’s a tough market out there, but Judy assured us that our home was just not on the market yet … be patient … your home will arrive. She was right. The right single family home at the right price with the right circumstances fell into our laps. Our search took us through Menlo Park and Redwood City and we finally landed our home sweet home in Redwood City. We could not be happier!

Judy was available for us when we needed her.  She is a realtor with many responsibilities and takes her work seriously, yet she always made us feel as if we were her only client.  At the same time she had healthy boundaries with communication.  Priceless care and attention were given to us. Her care goes beyond the buying and selling of homes. It goes into the communication with your mortgage broker, Title Company, and help in finding people to remodel your home once you are settled. And details? She has got them under control!

Through the process we feel we gained amazing knowledge of the real estate world, invaluable selling and buying experience in the hands of a knowledgeable mentor and a new family member. We are happy that we are in our home and getting settled, but we will miss our regular upbeat and encouraging interactions with Judy and her glowing team. She has not seen the last of us (whether she likes it or not).
