I needed all of these for the sale of our property. We had a rare situation of selling a premium lot with an old house on it that could be used with a lot of work or could be torn down and rebuilt. Judy had a great team of people working for her, one of whom was a designer who created sketches of what could be permitted to be built on the lot. Working well together, we came up with a marketing strategy and Judy’s team executed it well.
